Hi - I have what I think might be a dumb question but I havent been able to figure it out. I have a Prusa Mk3s. Ive switched to Cura 4.6.2 and Im trying to get time remaining to show on the LCD during prints. Ive gone to Extensions-Post Processing-Modify G-Code and select Display Remaining Time. Cut all the G-code present in the file prior to the layer you want to start printing (e.g. Search for G1 Z2.2), but do add bed and hotend heating, e.g. Respectively M190 S60 and M109 S200 What you can also do is: Reprint the whole print. If your Ultimaker 3 is not connected to the network, use the USB workflow to start a print Save the sliced model from Ultimaker Cura to a USB device Plug the USB device into the Ultimaker 3 Navigate to Print, and select the print job from the list displayed.

First… important information from Ultimaker forum:

'USB printing is possible with the Ultimakers it's not recommended because the amount of data to transfer is important. It seems that USB printing can be un-reliable because there can be some small disconnections that can create errors in printing.'

1 – Ultimaker Cura 2.3.x+ download link:

2 – Install the Cura (Mac or Windows)

3 – add printer settings to printer definitions folder (open app content and search for this folder), example:

Now, it's possible to configure the Anet but it's not possible to print directly from usb.

Go to folder: 'plugins/Usbprint' and follow the instructions:

Anet controller need time to start, add time for response by 'T:' request:

Open 'USBPrinterOutputDeviceManager.py' and change all lines with text:
